Our product is well positioned for the needs of the modern office. According to numerous surveys, employees all over the world, including North America, will want to continue working from home a few days a week. They want to come into the office for creative teamwork and social interaction. Flowscape has one of the market's strongest products for making the new normal work, with solutions for booking workplaces, meeting rooms, parking, etc., and opportunities to find colleagues, register visitors, gain access to the building and analyze how the office is used.
Flowscape is a SaaS company within the Proptech industry listed on Nasdaq Stockholm with approximately 40 employees in six countries. Flowscape currently has customers in 60 countries.
What we offer
A developing and fun job at a small software company in a phase of strong international expansion. You will have a central role in the company as you are responsible for growing one of Flowscape's most important markets. Since we are a listed company, thousands of shareholders will also be interested in how you succeed. You will be part of an international sales team with several very experienced salespeople who will support you and help you develop and succeed in the role. The work can be carried out remotely or at our new centrally located Stockholm office.
About the position
In your role as Partner Manager North America, you will contact and sign new partners as well as developing existing ones. You will have a fun and exciting role where you will be responsible for everything from setting up a strategy for the market, identifying potential partners as well as contacting, signing, handle training and motivating partners to sell our solutions.
Flowscape already today has over 100 installations in North America with several strong references, so you have a good platform to start from.
The role includes traveling to North America approximately 4-6 times per year to participate in fairs and partner events. It also includes helping partners with customer demos, quotes, responding to tenders, reviewing agreements and supporting the marketing department with knowledge of the market.
The role can mainly be performed remotely, but it is a plus if you can work from our new office in central Stockholm a number of days a week. The working hours will be slightly shifted to be able to support the North American market during their office hours.
You will have a base salary and an commission based on partners sales in North America. Since the north American market is large and a well-functioning partner network can scale quickly, the commissions can be substantial.
Your profile
We are looking for you with an American background who also have experience from partner sales with good results. It is highly meritorious, but not a requirement if you have experience from the IT or real estate industry. We place great emphasis on personality and will also look for qualities such as;
- A great business sense with your own drive and the will to succeed.
- As a person, you are both structured and meticulous.
- You have a few years of experience in solution sales.
- You have a few years of experience in sales through partners or at a reseller.
- You are a team player who is both humble and without prestige.
- You have an ability and desire to build both long-term business relationships.
- You are a native English speaker and have lived in the US or Canada for many years.
- You have a very good understanding of the American culture and mentality.
